Find out moreNext generation ADAS calibration: Cloud Link ADAS Pro
Cloud Link ADAS Pro is an innovative workshop tool that represents the next generation in ADAS calibration technology.
Connected to our Cloud Link eco-system
Traditional ADAS systems are often undermined by complex setup procedures and a high risk of human error, which can compromise calibration accuracy. Cloud Link ADAS Pro eliminates these issues by combining precision-engineered hardware with advanced cloud technology.
With access to a vast database of OEM setup parameters, combined with high-precision wireless sensors, Cloud Link ADAS Pro's semi-automated setup ensures absolute alignment of the vehicle and rig for OEM-level accuracy.
What's more, together with our remote diagnostics service, users can even benefit from full-supported ADAS calibrations.
The first and only calibration tool with verifiable OEM accuracy
Designed for both unassisted and remote ADAS calibrations, Cloud Link ADAS Pro is the first and only ADAS tool to allow our remote technicians to see what you see.
Used in conjunction with Core Remote, our remote technicians can connect to Cloud Link ADAS Pro and independently verify vehicle and frame alignment prior to calibration, ensuring every calibration is carried out to OEM standards of accuracy.

Precision engineering meets cloud technology for accurate ADAS calibration
The Cloud Link ADAS Pro frame is designed for exceptional accuracy and durability.
A commercial-grade, high-resolution, full-size digital display removes the need for size scaling or manual manipulation of camera targets, ensuring absolute precision and compliance.
Cloud Link ADAS Pro is operated via a dedicated, portable, cloud-connected tablet that provides step-by-step setup instructions for every supported vehicle model – independent of the diagnostic tool.
Upon the user entering the vehicle model or VIN the correct digital target is automatically chosen and precisely positioned on the screen, and the target height is specified by the tablet.
This saves valuable technician time while ensuring consistent, OEM-accurate results.
Guided, user-friendly setup
Using a vast online database of OEM calibration parameters, Cloud Link ADAS Pro knows the exact setup parameters for the vehicle as soon as the user enters the model or VIN.
Its high-precision wireless sensors monitor vehicle and rig alignment in real time, and the user is notified of the correct position using a simple red/green traffic light system.
Automatic four wheel alignment check
Correct vehicle geometry is critical to calibration of ADAS cameras and sensors, as the calibration reference point must be aligned specifically to this mechanical position.
For this reason, correct four-wheel alignment is a mandatory pre-requisite for all ADAS calibrations and specified in all OE and Aftermarket calibration instructions.
Cloud Link ADAS Pro performs an automatic allwheel alignment check before calibration begins.
Flexible, future-proof and compatible with any ADAS-ready diagnostic tool
Cloud Link ADAS Pro is compatible with any aftermarket or OE diagnostic tool that supports ADAS calibration software, removing the need for costly additional diagnostic equipment.
Quarterly software updates introduce new digital targets and positioning parameters as new vehicle models are launched.
A wildcard option allows Core Diagnostics to input OE setup data via the cloud software for any new models, ensuring maximum car parc coverage.
Cloud Link ADAS Pro FAQs
Why is precise setup so important for accurate ADAS calibration?
ADAS calibration is much more than just connecting the tool, running the procedure, and confirming the pass.
In practice, the accuracy of any static calibration is determined by the precision of the physical set-up. The vehicle must be positioned correctly relative to the calibration frame, and the frame positioned correctly relative to the vehicle's thrust axis, within the tolerance the manufacturer specifies.
A vehicle slightly off-centre, a frame a degree out of plumb, or a target measured with a measuring tape that wasn't pulled taut are all small setup discrepancies that can compound to have a significant bearing on the accuracy of the calibration procedure.
How does Cloud Link ADAS Pro ensure precise alignment of the vehicle and frame?
As soon as you enter the vehicle model or VIN, Cloud Link ADAS Pro knows the exact OEM calibration parameters for the vehicle.
Using high-precision wireless sensors to monitor the position of the vehicle and the rig in real time, as the user aligns the frame to the vehicle a simple red/green traffic light system shows when correct alignment is achieved.
Why is wheel alignment important for ADAS calibration?
ADAS cameras are aligned to the thrust angle of the vehicle, which is why all vehicle manufacturers specify correct wheel alignment as a pre-condition of ADAS calibration.
If a vehicle's wheel geometry is out of alignment, an accurate calibration cannot be achieved and the vehicle's ADAS systems may not operate correctly.
Cloud Link ADAS Pro automatically checks wheel alignment before ADAS calibration begins.
Do I need to use a specific diagnostic tool with Cloud Link ADAS Pro?
No. Cloud Link ADAS Pro is compatible with any aftermarket or OE diagnostic tool that supports ADAS calibration software, so you won't need to buy costly additional diagnostic equipment.
