Returns Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• You must request the return within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of your return request.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@corediagnostics.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

• A full refund (including the standard delivery cost, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we have approved your return request, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the amount refunded.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage where necessary.

7. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact us in writing (e.g. email) and return the item within 14 days.
