Leading French glass replacement network chooses Core Diagnostics

Core Diagnostics has signed a partnership with 123 Pare-Brise which will see the leading UK remote diagnostics company support the French glass replacement specialist with remote ADAS calibrations.

Currently with over 170 centres across France and more locations earmarked for 2026, 123 Pare-Brise is one of the country’s largest glass replacement networks. Accordingly, the new partnership heralds a significant expansion of Core Diagnostics’ European business. 

Remote ADAS calibrations carried out using Core Diagnostics’ secure, cloud-based technology will overcome the reliance the 123 Pare-Brise teams have until now had on the use of mobile ADAS specialists and main dealers.

With Core Diagnostics, each centre will be able to carry out ADAS calibrations on-site via a remote connection between the vehicle and the highly-trained remote technicians based at Core Diagnostics’ Technical Centre in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. 

With an average response time of under 5 seconds and average success rates of more than 99%*, Core Diagnostics offers a responsive, reliable service which will enable 123 Pare-Brise to increase its productivity and reduce costs.

Damien Acthergal, Technical Director for 123 Pare-Brise and project leader for the implementation of the remote diagnostic service across the network, comments:

“Until now, certain computer diagnostic or ADAS system calibration operations required the intervention of an external service provider or a visit to a dealership. Thanks to the remote ADAS solution, these operations can now be carried out directly in our centres, without moving the vehicle.

This solution will allow us to significantly reduce the use of external service providers, improve intervention planning and offer our customers an even smoother and more controlled service.”

123 Pare-Brise carried out a comprehensive evaluation of a number of the major remote diagnostic providers prior to choosing Core Diagnostics.
