Diagnostic work like programming of new parts and ADAS calibration had become an increasingly frequent task, but the equipment and training necessary to perform this work in-house required a considerable investment and the costs of transporting vehicles to main dealers were also beginning to mount up.

This remote support allows a wide range of diagnostic work to be carried out in-house without the need to have all of the OE tools, and by reducing his costs he has been able to maximise the profitability of the business.
